The best you can do is find the way that works for you and to doing that it is better to have a coach and some practical exercises to achieve your goals and aspirations.

One second is enough time to live your dreams, or one minute, or one day, but you do not need years to get there, do you know why? Because your dream has already happened in time, and so now it is just a manner of making it visible. Embark with me in this practical journey along time and nurture yourself with its magic. Decision Making
Time is intrinsically related to decision making, because your decisions are your choices taken to action and they lead you to a different reality. In the achievement of goals or living dreams, time and decisions are crucial. You decide, life follows. Meanwhile depending on the amount of time that you take to make a decision, you are conditioning time. There are decisions that may take more time than others, but basically if you are connected to your inner guidance, yes the one that lives in the realm of the gods of time, you know what you want right away. You do not have to stop your whole life to think about it. The decision is taken already. In time. All you have to do is see it clearly. In this program I have decided to join two programs, Time Management and Decision Making. They are two different programs but they go so well together they call for each other. Why?
